Merry Effing Xmas!

I had a pretty decent Xmas. Was very low-key, nice not to have to work. Got some good loot, drank a lot. Watched 2001 and 81/2. Weird movies, but good times. Built the lego Tie-Fighter Jay & Nicole got me for my retirement party:

I had a very good Xmas overall - relaxing and stress free.

Played D&D with the kids on Monday. Was pretty fun. I had way too much caffeine and was definitely trying to be an instigator. "Ride the tiger" Oh yeah :)

I am psyched about school. It looks good. I am accepted, finances still up in the air but loans should be no problem. Looking forward to going away for a while. Going to miss some stuff, but it is long past time for a change.

I hope this was the last time I will ever work in retail during the holiday season. I swore an oath before to never do it again, but that didn't work out so well. This time I will just leave it behind with a little hope and a little determination never to do it again.
