Tis the Season...

The Christmas season brings out the worst in people, including me. I spent far too many years working at retail stores at this time of year to have any sympathy for the masses of shoppers descending onto the malls. Remember folks, be nice to the people working in the stores. They are overworked, underpaid and they don't want to deal with your shit. If you are looking for the hottest book, video game, or toy, you are not going to find it so don't take it out on the salespeople. You never know, your rude comment could be the final straw that pushes the otherwise mild-mannered, friendly kid behind the counter over the edge into spree-killer land. Just a warning. To all my brothers and sisters still working in retail, hang in there. It's almost over. Happy holidays :)
